We adopt an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) approach to sustainability. We minimize our environmental footprint; we work on Human Resources and social issues with employees and in a broader societal context; and address governance issues by ensuring that we operate fairly, transparently, and to the highest ethical standards.
To guide our sustainability work we have implemented a set of Company policies.
Oncopeptides supports the United Nations Global Compact Principles, a voluntary initiative to implement universal sustainability principles. We also support the UN’s 2030 Agenda and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We are focused on the goals where we have largest ability to influence and can help drive a positive change. SDG 3: Good health and well-being – Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.
